Gerald says in the Introduction of Time Trend III, "Compared to
Time-Trend II, Time-Trend III is less ambiguous in its signals." He
later says, "We have improved upon many of the exit and entry rules
of Time-Trend II. Our new version is a little busier but, as a
result, has become more reliable."

I have in my hands the book, "Time Trend II....The Advanced
Time-Trend-Momentum Intermediate Term Trading System" by Gerald
Appel. It
shows a copywrite of 1982 by Scientific Investment Systems, Inc. 62
Wellesley Street West Toronto, Canada. 99 pages. Of course I have
no idea
the similarity between this system and Time Trend III.
