if you take the time to read what you wrote it sounds like this to me:

1. you have a very overly powerful machine running a program that has been
claimed to run on less.

2. You had problems installing TS2000i.

3. You have a very minimum amount of symbols collecting data. why are you
scared of something?

4. you have yet to use it for trading.  yet you claim you think it may be
stable.

5. in spite of all this you still use the old version.

sorry the above doesn't exactly sound like a success story to me, who needs
to do much, much more than watch something collect 52 symbols.

question, how many symbols and on what type computer are you running the old
ts?
