I have a simple system I sent to omega which causes ts2k to crash
when the system is verified on about the 5th time. A side effect is
that I output msgs to the msg log and I note that at times on NT4/SP4
messages arent put into the log til the next time I run the system.
As if they are "stuck". Sometimes one msg, someones up to a 10 lines.
My system outputs about 12-15 lines of text just to let me know its
doing something.. I havent noticed mlog.exe being the main consumer
of cpu but i'll be keeping an eye out for it.

As an aside this system runs on ts4..
