Most modern modems will autoinstall (PlugNPlay) without setting any jumpers
however most modems (and a fair bit of other newer accessories) will not
install easily with or without jumper settings without the PNP driver which
is not installed by NT Install - don't ask me why. Install PnPIsa driver
from NT CDROM \DrvLib\PnpIsa\X86.
