How can someone tell or test what their monitor refresh rate is running at?
Under Win98, depending on the video card, you can tell by looking under
control panels, display, settings, and select advanced, depending on the
video card, you should see the refresh rates available. I have an ATI and I
get about 10 different rates, some interlaced, some non interlaced. Some
settings can cause your monitor to go pretty nuts so be careful if you try
changing them.
