It is referenced in Van K. Tharp "Trade Your Way to Financial Freedom". As
far as I remember, there were ten marbles in the bag, 6 of which are blue
(the winners), the rest black. Thus it was a game with positive expectancy
(60%) and all the probands had to do, was to determine their betsize. The
outcome was, that only a small percentage of the participants were
profitable over a given number of runs. you can simply modell this in an
excel-spreadsheet.
