Scale Trading

Anybody have any personal experience using the methodology known as 'Scale
Trading'?

If yes, I would appreciate any comments. Specifically: How did it work for
you? What markets work best? Anyone ever applied it to mutual funds or
stocks? How painful are the draw downs? Are their any public domain scale
trading systems available?

I tried to check the Omega-list archives to see if anyone in the past had
posted a scale trading system but my browser can't seem to find the server
anymore.
