Another reduction of BMI broadcast service

In case you didn't notice, effective April 30, 1999, BMI will no longer be
broadcasting any Canadian prices, International Futures or Foreign Exchange
rates.   DBC said the reason is BMI's bandwidth limitations.   I've noticed
BMI's cable broadcast is increasingly at maximum levels during stock exchange
market hours, resulting in delayed price data.

I suspect much of the reason BMI's broadcast is often at maximum levels is
because BMI is broadcasting extensive news articles such as CBS MarketWatch.
