Re: CL_BMI sat strength - DTN

I received an information packet from DTN which shows DTN uses Telstar 5.   I
looked up TelStar 5 KU Band at http://www.nmia.com/~roberts/part72.html

This showed (below) that DTN is 100 watts.    Did I read that right?

"Transponder Power:  4 transponders (54 MHz wide) - 100 watts each
     24 transponders (27 MHz wide) - 100 watts each"

BTW - the information packet says TelStar 4 is 97 degrees West longitude.   I
don't know how that compares to BMI.
