Hi Carl:

Have you used TS4 (precursor of TS2000)?

If you haven't, do you think you can get Omega Research to switch you to
TS4 without paying extra (and maybe getting some money back)?

I've been using TS4 for many years.  It's not perfect - there are lots of
things I don't like.  Even so, I'm still very satisfied with TS4.
