go to ftp://ftp.omegaresearch.com/pub/updates/ts_4.0/
and download the update to version 18 and install that first. then install the one you already have for build 21.

| the build 18 anymore that i need to install since omega thoughtfully
| forgot to leave it up on their web page
| since the build 21 needs this particular build in order to install itself?
