Server takes 3-5 minutes to initialize -

Hi Bros -

Over the past years TS usually initialized the real time server randomly in
between 10-20 seconds.

However, in the past week or so it takes from 3-5 minutes. What a pain in
the ass, esp. after a crash during the day.

Anyone have an idea what has occurred here?   I use a satellite feed with
Bonnevile, and see the box is locked and always see data reception once TS
initializes.  Problem seems to be in TS only.
