Arguments to LiveQuote in TS4

Ladies and Gents,

What the arguments to the LiveQuote function in TS4?
I understood it from the list that there was such a function
that provided quotes in Excel. Did it update itself every
few seconds? How often? 

I want to see if I can contribute something.
