Getting a spreadsheet to use O-H-L-C

Omega List People:

Is there a way to get Excel or Access to look at open, high,
low and close columns [and graph a bar using the four
points] and then graph using bars that have the four inputs
on the bars?

Or will I have to use something like the pivot point or
close or average...
