There is one obvious problem here. If your data source is receiving data at
19.6kbps, you're missing at least 2/3 of the trades or bid/ask changes, and
the data is coming out so slowly it should be capable of being handled by an
old 386 CPU. Even with a 115Kbps feed, you'll miss several thousand price
changes a day if you follow all markets (including equity and index
options). Nobody should measure performance on anything less than a full
speed data service.
