One of the most important services Omega could provide for existing
users is to produce a document which describes in some detail ALL
changes from the prior version. I don't mean that every single code
modification, however small, need be included; but every change
(modification or deletion) which would affect how a user interfaces with
TS should be covered.

Most every other software producer I've dealt with does this. They
provide either a separate section of the user manual to discuss changes,
or a separate README file which comprehensively lists all changes which
would be apparent to the user. A categorical list of changes could
simply identify the function which has changed and refer the reader to a
specific page in the user manual for the details. Another approach I've
seen is a table listing all modified operations and showing, for each,
how it used to be done and how it is now done.
