I do not know how you operated, but since the early TS5 beta version, I have
been able to get my TS4 libraries OK in TS5.
Concerning TS2000 systems, you have only to use the SystemBuilder to call
your previous TS4 systems.
SP1 should provide a conversion for systems, if I remember.
You could try to export from TS4 first to a TS4 ela file, then reimport it
from TS2000.
