I used to follow the Webs - but gave up. Not only was there pretty bad
liquidity - but a fair number of the underlying markets were just too
volatile for my systems (my systems are intermediate - but when securities
jump all around - they don't work very well). Also - some of the countries -
like Malaysia - were subject to political and currency risks that I didn't
understand - and didn't have the time to learn about. Finally - I guess I
also concluded that if I can't make money in the US - in markets that I
understand as well as any - it's unlikely that I'll make it outside the US.
