Here's why it's so cheap. My sister had a Russian Student for a school year. I offered
to give her a copy of some Microsoft software, but she said she didn't need it because in
Moscow all Microsoft software was "free". She didn't say the reason it's free is
because they are pirated CD's, apparently freely available among Moscow students.
There are even some allegations that some of these pirated CD's end up being sold at eBay.
Surprisingly Microsoft and the others haven't complained about pirating in Russia as much
as they did about China.
Especially now that T/S 2000 no longer has a hardware key, no doubt it will be available
in Moscow very cheap.
