What someone should de is setup a web page and register it with the search
engines and everything. Have information on their about some of the poor
service and technical problems people have experienced with these two
companies.
You could also do the same thing for TradeStation.
Post a public notice in the news groups about this site and people could
email in their complaints and put'em on the site.
