I wouldn't put much faith in anything that BMI days. I've been dealing with
them for quite some time and found many of their excuses to range from
barely plausible to outright bizarre. Probably due to varying degrees of
competence by some of their people, as well as a natural desire to point the
finger at someone else rather than to take the bullet and to also undertake
the task of processing massive $$$ credits for data outages.
This is an unfortunate situation --made worse by the explosion in
day-trading over the past year-- and the fact that BMI really doesn't need
to be too concerned when people are throwing money at them faster than they
can take it to the bank...
