Hard Copies of Symbols

Another work around to get a hard copy of the symbols that are in the
server portfolio: 

1.)  Create a workspace by adding one symbol from the server portfolio.
Add a ShowMe such as,  plot1(c,""); alert=true; (enable the alert). 
This will trigger an alert at the close of the last bar.  You must wait
until the close of the market so that all symbols have completed last
bars. 
2.)  Run ChartScanner which will note every symbol in the server
portfolio.
3.)  Save the report to a file (no more than 8 character in the file
name. TS will create the file you name.).
4.)  Open the file in a text editor, such as MS Notepad or Worpad. The
arrangement is alphabetical. Select and copy into a word processor, such
as MS Word. Format into columns (which retains the vertical alphabetical
order that tables convert into a horizontal order) and save. 

This last file can be compared to later copies or a custom data list by
using the Revisions feature in the word processor.
