There's a ton of bogus "information" out there about markets and trading.
It comes from all directions.. Market players, salesman, academic studies,
talking heads on CNBC, the internet, email groups (ha ha), etc. Let me
count the ways.

Usually it can't be trusted, because most of the purveyors are experts at
deceiving themselves (that's why they think they know something). 

I think it's a good thing. It creates liquidity. It induces the losers to
give their money to the winners. After all, it's vital to keep things that
REALLY WORK as little-known as possible. Or else they won't work anymore.
Sad but true.
