That's a great note. A 9 line answer, including the salutation, and
an 11 line signature with lots of legalistic bs trying to say you are
going to wiggle out of any accountability if something turns out to
incorrect.
My advice to Omega as a whole, not just you, is either provide technical
support and answers you are willing to stand behind, or keep your mouth
shut and hands off the keyboard.
