You might try one of the programming journals (VB Pgmrs jnl is a good
start) -- there are numerous ads in every issue, from multiple vendors. 

I don't use such stuff, so can't make a personal recommendation.  I have 
seen discussion of the merits of some approaches in security newsgroups 
-- you might also check there.
