I'd would suggest getting the freeware ftp program instead if you are a non
business user.  I use WS_FTP LE which is available at
http://www.ipswitch.com/Partners/associates.html#kit.  That works extremely
well for me as you can sort on descending date and just tag the latest files
and go away and let them transfer.
