OEX Data Gaps 2/4/99

Did anyone collecting OEX Options Premium tick data (example: OEYBH) have a
gap from the Market Open until 10:32am ET and another gap from 1:50 to
1:57pm ET?   If so, any explanation?
    
I'm on BMI Cable and TS 4.0
