i think it's funny that omega devotes mucho time and r&d buckos to
foil hackers while the good folks at safesoft and trader house
(elabreaker) can crack it in days or a week. i think dtv is finally
learning this lesson in the millions spent on ecm's to fry "test"
cards. there's millions of em floating around although it's "illegal."
most "pirates" justify their actions along the same legalistic lines
of our beloved president. hey, it's not stealing if i only look at one
computer screen at a time! ditto for dss tv.
i also think that it's funny that omega, while spending so much time
protecting its software from alledged pirates, that they can't get a
y2k fix out in a timely manner. yo ho ho and a bottle of rum
the solution? give it away or sell it for peanuts. there are other
ways to make money if one is clever or smart enough!
