When comparing various feeds for relative time delays, it is necessary
to perform the comparison on SEVERAL data samples at various times of
day.  What I have found with Signal (delivered by cable) is that much of
the time it is within four seconds of the time shown in the CME
time-&-sales file for the S&P contract, but occasionally it can, for
brief periods, be VERY late.  I have seen delays of over a minute!
