As a first posting from a lurker on this list who has had his mail box down
for awhile recently could I make the following points:-
1: I obviously missed the post from Gregory Woods regarding the Linear
Regression Channels and would like someone to repost or Email me the ELA
please
2: I am using TS4 but need to upgrade and am waiting to evaluate Trade Lab.
I would never have heard of this without the help of posters such as
MB,PO,Earl,Gaius etc etc. As another foreigner most of my trading info is
from books and magazines and I gain a lot from this list
Even the spamming is helpful in that I can see if it gets a hot response.
I now visit Chuck Le Beau's site and others and realise a compliment from
Mark Brown is a collectors item.
I have even enjoyed the "pommies" naive attempts and feel sure there is
unlikely to be any positive postings from those sources and that they will
fade away.
I am most definately NOT offended by the harsh responses of Mark and others
and hope they continue as it is these knowledgeable and experienced traders
that will hopefully prevent this list becoming a useless newsgroup.
3: In honour of Bill E's creative writing could I suggest some bright
contributor might provide an exit system or indicator along the lines of the
TS trailing stop.
We could call this "The Mungo Exit"
I for one have often felt like joining him when I curse my poor exits.
4: Thanks to Jim O for his management of this list as It's not easy trying
to mediate. I hope he will continue and not let the occasional bursts make
it too restrictive
