Don't know what Broker you're using, but you might try Datek or Dreyfus.  I
run 4 monitors and always keep an active order-form window for closing each
position that I'm currently in.  I generally have the exit form set for a
Market Order, but can change to a Limit Order in about 5 to 10 seconds, then
hit the "Submit" button.  Execution on a Market Order is generally no more
than a couple of seconds on Dreyfus.
