Hi Marcus,
you'll probably find the data you are trying to export has got a gremlin in
it. Try different date ranges and some might work - if so, bingo, you
should be able to isolate the bad data entry and edit it. If CRB lets you
edit the data.

Everybody:

I don't have anything from Bridge, but was trying to get in touch with them
about end-of-day data and they had no idea what I was going on about.

What happened to Knight Ridder? They did a huge catalogue of end-of-day
historical data and daily downloads. Anybody know?

Also, anybody have a contact email or telephone number for Unfair
Advantage?

regards
Adam

Hi,

I bought the CRB Infotech from Bridge but I´m not that impressed with their
DataX software that is used to extract the data. Especially when I try to
export implied vola data to ASCII format the program very often (depends on
the market I try to export) causes the whole computer to crash. I have been
in contact with Bridge but they were not able to help me (as a matter of
fact, their computer crashed as well when they tried to do the same thing).
I would like to know what your experience is and if you have a solution to
this.
Thanks in advance.

Marcus
