Dear Omega List recipients:

This is to whomever may have accidentally received an earlier copy of an
e-mail entitled : "Commission Free Trade....." via Omega-List.

I apology to anyone who may have received that e-mail.  It was not intended
for dissemination to Omega-List for any reason.  It was accidentally
transmitted, how I don't know precisely.  But if anyone was offended or
upset by its receipt, please accept my sincerest apology. I don't know what
else to say.

Please, please DISREGARD same and DELETE it from your digest receipt or
direct e-mail format as relayed to you by Omega-List it was accidentally
transmitted and should not have been.   Once again, please accept my deepest
apology for any upset it may have caused. Its accidental dissemination may
have cost me my job.  Your understanding and co-operation is asked and
greatly appreciated.
