Did Joe ever release the formula for his Oscillator Predictor? I bought his
workshop on tape some 10 years ago for around $400. I revisit the course
annually for a refresher but it always bothered me that the only way to get
the OP (without formula) was to buy his software which, judging by his
retracement and objective examples, I felt was very poorly designed.
