Long as they got SIPC insurance you should be safe up to the SPIC amount. I
would be careful with them using the initials US sounds like a lure of
safety but maybe not if its a US firm if not forget it. I'm sure the rest
of their business is no different than the rest of the firms except
research. All sub and hire each others services most if not all the time in
the securities industry.
