Well, here we go again..
If you'll read the fine print, it talks about the WINFILE.EXE executable.
Now RAMSES, what does the winfile.exe file do? I'll tell you. It brings up the
File Manager of OLD WINDOWS. NOT the Windows Explorer of WIN95!!
In Win95 you are supposed to use the Windows Explorer NOT the old File
Manager!
Keep up with the TIMES PEOPLE.
It even goes into how "All dates are stored internally as 4-digit dates"
C'mon, what else do you need to read?!!!
The only reason why Microsoft came up with this "Compliant with minor issues"
document/patch is to appease those people that are still living in the stone-
age with regard to using OLD MS-DOS based programs. Again KEEP UP WITH THE
TIMES PEOPLE.
You know it's funny, they even have a paragraph that says "AS-IS". Going back
to my original argument because now people have been looking for OTHER cracks
in the armor. Does everyone know what "as is" means?

Here's a document from MS. Appearantly command.com and Windows Explorer
must be replaced to comply with Y2k:
