Matt:

Part of your message contained:

"You did not ask the question: Is TS4.0 Y2K compliant? Now did you Tony?
I think NOT."

First, let me say that I am quite satisfied with Omega, TS4, and the
service I have received. I have sent several letters to Bill Cruz
stating so.

Having said that, I think it is not unreasonable to expect software NOT
to become useless on 1/1/2000... even sooner for some users. While the
software's "license agreement" may legally give a vendor a way out, that
would be the last time I would even consider that vendor's product.

Some people on this forum have been more vocal than others, and some are
less patient than others. But all I - and I think others - want is to
get some assurance that Omega is doing their best to give purchasers the
functionality they paid for. Again, while I am satisfied with Omega,
there has been nothing from Omega to give anyone confidence that Omega
is at least diligently working on the Y2k problem. Silence from Omega
has only contributed to the anger.

For you to essentially say that "you didn't ask about Y2K, so you have
no right to complain if your $2500 software becomes useless" is very
arrogant.
