ts on old pc's

faster is not necessarily better, especially in terms of reliability.
ts4 doesn't necessarily need to feel the speed.

i've got ts4 on one box with 16 megs, 1 gig hd, and p-90 that's over 5
years old.  still running it with wfw3.11. no problems as long as i
scandisk and defrag on the weekend. has better reliability that
windoze 95. no lost data either.

not bad for a slug, eh?
