DTN has annual contract - pre-pay or monthly pay. It so happened that Galaxy
4 went out during my trial period, so I typed up a simple little addendum
stating I had right to cancel if DTN failed to deliver real time quotes for
5 consecutive days or a total of any 10 days, with a failure being defined
as any period of 3 or more hours. They had no problem with it.
