Re: Daytrading books

Books depends on your level of trading evolution to be appreciated. The
following is
my order:

  1. Tricks by Weintraub (shenanigans of the floor people)
  2. Daytradng by Crabel (pattern analysis)
  3. Turning Point by Angell (dissecting a trading day)
  4. Daytrading Books by Howard and Abel separately ) psychology and
tactics of already winners.

Most of them gives you the background/trading environment of a day,
except Crabel,w/c will give you more specific ideas on price
action/pattern to germinate your own. Daytrading needs even stronger
psychological grounding. While position trading you are more insulated
from the trading floor shenanigans. For example your entry in only at
the close.

Normally to be succcessful, find a method first , then have the
discipline/maturity to trade it well. simple but not easy. Takes some
time and effort. Also ask yourself, if you are already successful
already, THEN what will you do?

Just my 1 1/2 cents worth.

Cheers,
     Felix
