Recommended online brokers - stocks and futures

Omega List -

I have been asked to consult regarding setting up online trading account(s)
for a client of mine to trade
both futures (primarily options) and securities (primarily SPDR's).
Preferably one account to handle both.
Any recommendations based on actual experience that might guide me quickly
to a good short-list?
SOES trading isn't needed at this time but resources to explore there would
be valuable also.

Additional questions:
Who has best RT and EOD data on futures options? (Currently have Signal
Cable Box setup for RT and Advanced GET EOD Futures Data but no options)
Any real time frame yet for release of TS 5.0? (And would this give any
better choice that under TS 4?)
