I think Clinton's just beginning to so what he's repeated ... but I
absolutely can not believe how the Republican majority in the House manages
to keep shooting themselves in the head. Partisanship is to be expected in
politics, however the House leadership seems to lack any sense of
statesmanship and leadership which has given Clinton the ability to co-opt
and preempt the Republicans on every front. Thus I think we can look forward
to a very messy fall/winter of deadlock on virtually all fronts.
