I read the announcement as release to existing customers in early 1Q 99 and
general public in late 1Q 99 (schedule subject to revision in late 4Q 98).
Based on past history of poor quality control at Omega, I suspect this means
that product will be released to the general public after existing Omega
customers have shaken out the first crop of bugs.

What does "...the =broader= release to the general public"
mean after "will initially be marketed to =existing= Omega
Research customers"? Could this be construed to mean that
Omega will make the product available to TS4 users =only=
circa 10/31 and =then= to =new= customers (i.e. "general
public") 1Q 1999? Kind of ambiguous............
