:Hmmm, I am now accepting apologies from those few individuals who lambasted
:me for predicting big delays in V5 product rollout from Omega, and of
:course, big delays in delivering the promised Y2K patch scheduled for
:release after V5 rollout .... in fact it was last winter (when V5 was
:scheduled for early 2Q 1998 release) that I opined that we would not be
:seeing V5 until 3Q at earliest and a Y2K patch until 1Q-2Q 1999.
I'm thinking it's time to take a closer look at TradeLab. I've been delaying
looking at it since Omega has been saying that TS 5.0 would be available in
BMI/DBC format at the end of August and the full version would be out at the
end of Oct.
If Tradelab is more stable in its system analysis than TS,especially on the
more complex systems I write, then Omega has lost this customer for life.
I've started out using Tc200 (what a joke!!) , moved on to SC 2.0, then TS
3.5 and then TS 4.0. I was waiting for TS 5.0 and I would have bought it but
right now, I've got to take a closer look at Tradelab.
If I buy Tradelab and start to use it seriously, instead of TS, do I have to
leave this list? ;-)
