The answer is simple.
Build 11 does not allow to load tick editing for symbols exceeding
more than 13,000 ticks. When loading a tick chart for symbol like that,
the server will crash.
(TS went over this barrier with build 16, up to 33,000 ticks per symbol.
However, that build contained a bug -- for each tick edited, TS often
created 60 new bad ticks. Build 18 was the first build allowing to handle
more that 33,000 ticks which happens quite frequently these days.)
If you want to edit symbols that generate heavy tick volume, use build 20.
