Dear Kathy,

According to the note at the bottom of this e-mail, you are quoted as
indicating that there are no problems in placing orders with the
E-Mini.Perhaps you would comment on this notice received from LFG this
morning
regarding the E-Mini? Frankly, many of us who using Globex/TOPS/CUBS/LeoWeb
are fed up with the whole mess and are actively seeking alternatives. Those
of us who trade off-floor can not trade in confidence with a system which is
up one minute and down the next. It would be most helpful to know what the
problems are and when they will be fixed.
