Bill Williams debunks everything but his own losing methods, that he lifted
from other people and sells at high prices. So I would certainly look to
more reliable sources for advise about what works and what doesn't. As a
matter of fact, if he says it doesn't work it is probably because he is
jealous of other people's success, and this would be an indication it might
be worth looking into.
