Systems on top of indicators

Hi All,

My apologies if this is an old question, I don't recall the answer if it
has been discussed in the past.

I have written a piece of code to generate the spread bar chart for the
dax Vs. the Cac on a daily basis.  Is it possible to place a system on
top of this indicator to give buy and sell signals based on the spread
OHLC data?
