my legal eagles say a good case could be made against omega with
35,000+ possible class action litigants and a recent large ipo cash
kitty. from what i understand from them, omega is already a target.
they also say that rulings by the courts in favor of the plaintiffs
would open the floodgates of y2k litigation against tardy software
vendors reluctant to fix their products.
i wonder if the omega research solution providers could be held
culpable as well? something to think about
