of court. Everyone is liable. Anyone with a name that ends in
"president" or "officer" is going to be sued, not Amay be@ sued, Ais

"You mentioned about the class actions. The lawyers today are forming
task forces. They are set up like military task forces, and they are
going for class actions, and they are going to retire on this.

"The year 2000 problem, as far as an executive concern, is straight
negligence. You have known about this for 30 years, and you've done
nothing about it. Straight negligence. It's not an act of God. It's
manmade."
